Yay! I finally found the PERFECT red lipstick after months of searching. All the positive reviews on this board for this lipstick encouraged me to try it—and I'm so glad I did because the texture, color, and staying power are all well worth it! It delivers rich, true color on the first application and requires little upkeep throughout the day, even after a meal! It also felt comfortable—not too dry or too slick—a very important feature for me! A just right shade of red, not too orangey or too pinky, with a slightly gold glimmer to it make it so attractive. As for the pouty effect that it's supposed to deliver, I think this feature is definitely enhanced by the dimensional effect created by the hint of gold glimmer in it. I plan to go back and get this lipstick in other shades, too! Many may compare it to MAC's "O" lipstick, but this is better as it didn't turn magenta-colored on me as the "O" did. A fabulous find! Can't say enough good things about it!!!!!
