Feels oily and left a greasy residue. Sometimes stings my eyes but easily took off makeup without hard scrubbing. Has a not so pleasant floral cucumber(?) scent and is a cream-gel consistancy. Hasn't broken me out yet but I use it mostly around the eye area. I got this as an extra but won't be buying since I can find removers that are cheaper.
