I bought this as a "mandatory" purchase during Estee Lauder's GWP time. I am the Light 01 shade, which is a tiny bit too pink for me,

but I bought it anyway. I love the consistency of the powder...it is indeed very matte,

and I could definitely tell where I had and hadn't applied it in reflecting lights. The powder

went on smoothly and covered the freckles. It seemed to stay on quite well. My only

complaint: will Estee EVER make yellow-based makeup? LOL.

A tad on the pink side, perhaps the translucent color would've been

better. Comes in quite large compact with sponge and mirror...decent

value for $20.
