I tried this product becuase it recieved numerous outstanding reviews.
I have some redness in my cheek area due to hormonal changes. I have used
Fuition Extra in the past which caused me to break out. I had an alergic
reaction to the BHA. I recently purchased Idealist because it's suposed to
even out the skin tone without the BHA. It smells really nice but feels like
it's sitting on top of your skin. It has a light slippery feel to it.
The biggest problem was that in less than an hour after applying it,
my eyes began to burn really bad and became red. My left eye kept watering.
When I woke up in the morning they were still burning and red. I had to make
a doctor's visit. Needless to say I returned the item.
If you have extremely sensitive skin or have sensitivities to BHA, I would
stay clear of this product. In any case, I would recomend getting a sample
to take home. I gave this product a rating of 2 because it was not worth the
price I paid for it. I'm sticking with my Turnaround Lotion.
