The Herbal Eye Gel includes Cucmber, Ivy and other botanical extracts that will relieve puffiness and diminish dark circles. But the gel does not moisturize enough and makes my eyes sting even when I don't get the product anywhere near my eyes. This is potentially a problem product for those with sensitive eyes/contact lens wearers.
