These are pretty good velcro rollers, next to VELCRO ones. But I think these are a bit easier to get since I got them at Wal-Mart. I bought these rollers in the 31 ct plastic zipper pouch package that you can take where ever you go. I get good lift and volume to my thin limp hair with them. The only drawbacks about em are that they aren't thick and sturdy like VELCRO. They're also a little harder to keep secure in your hair when you're waiting for your hair to completely cool after blow drying.
