This is a compact (shiney gold) in a black velvet pouch. It can carry a variety of products: blush, eyeshadow, lipgloss (two coats heavy enough to be lipstick), eyeliner. The compact has a magnetic base which firmly holds whatever you put in. It is usually sold seperately so you can choose your colours and products. There is a reasonable and growing variety of products available for it and each comes with its own applicator in a small clear plastic case for easy storage (when it isn't in the compact) and easy finding. The compact has a compartment for the appropriate applicator behind its generous mirror. Over all this is the most ingenious cosmetic creation I have ever seen and I thoroughly love mine. There are only two minuses: 1) it is initially quite an outlay of money to purchase the Mozais compact and then items to fill it (however the individual items are reasonably priced for high end stuff). 2) the compact itself is shiney and this lends itself to fingerprinting which makes it look a little 'dirty'. I was lucky in both respects to these problems - my compact was a ltd edition for christmas 1999 and is mostly matt and therefor doesn't fingerprint and mine came full (about $120 AUD containing shimmer gold: blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner and lipgloss). The point being that if you wait for christmas perhaps Guerlain will release another ltd Edition - if they do I will purchase another one because you can only fit so much in one and I am one of those people who can use fifty colours for any one days make-up look :}. Overall this is a fantastic product and well worth a splurge on!
