Persoanlly I think H2O+ is one of the best skin care line for people with oily/combo skin since all of their products are water based. This marine toner is very gentle yet effective; it hydrates my skin without the greasiness. Afterward, my skin feels soft and fresh but never oily or greasy. Since I have very oily skin, this toner has also become the "best" and the "only" moisturizer I ever need.
