I love Hard Candy. Not only are their packages so cute, but they have really nice quality items. I bought this glitter eye pencil in Sky (light blue), and it's so lovely. It's loaded with tons of glitter and goes on beautifully. The glitter does eventually escape and land on the rest of your face (after several hours), but I think that just adds to the cute-ness. The only minuses are that this pencil is rather expensive, and it has a brush on one end which I think is useless (I would rather have a longer pencil).
