This is part of Hard Candy's spring 2002 collection and I really love all the three colors they create. Flash is a creamy baby pink lip gloss with a subtle shimmer which you can't really notice. The coverage is light to medium and it's never sticky. For those who love Hard Candy should not miss this item.
