I thought the last toner I was using was so great...until I noticed that it contained alcohol. And it shouldn't have for $25! For the job that toners do there's no reason why we should have to pay over $5 for them. I'd had a lot of luck with the Herbal Essences line of cleansers so I decided to try one of their toners. I personally have very oily skin but their N/O toner contained alcohol so I went for the N/D which didn't. I really enjoy using it. It has a very nice, light fragrance that is reminiscent of melon and does not sting or irritate my skin. It also hasn't dried my skin out like toners usually do to me. This one actually adds some moisture and I don't even have to wear a moisturizer under my makeup in the day. There isn't anything exciting or special about it other than it does its job and you're not paying for an expensive brand name. I love this toner and I plan on using it for a very long time.
