This is a sunscreen that I brought because it claimed to have plant extracts in it, about 21.5% and a SPF of 34. The finishing texture when I applied this sunscreen to the skin was a dewy finish. It was not greasy or creamy. After a few minutes, it felt very light on my face. I did not get any breakouts from this product. I was able to apply makeup over the sunscreen and it looked ok. I have been wearing IOPE Safety Sun Cream for more than a month. I took off a point for the price and another point off because of the size of this product which was 70ml/2.4 FL. OZ.
