i found this on sale...which is probably the only reason i picked up PURPLE eyeshadow of all things. that and i had another jane linking duo and really loved it so i thought why not give it a try. i got it for like a buck so i had nothing to lose. anyways, HIT is a dark violet (non pastel) with a bit of shimmer in it and MISS is a light pastel-ish lavendar shade with a bit of shimmer. i figured they named them wrong because HIT looked like a big miss to me hahhaa..anyways, i decided to give it a try and i ended up loving it! i have never pulled off purple eyeshadow before but this worked beautifully. i applied MISS all over my lid and then HIT to the crease and blended and smudged a bit. then used Jane radiation in fuschia fusion on brow bone and blended for a bit of shimmer. then i topped it all off with Jane eyezing in coolest pink to soften it all a tiny bit. the result was awesome! not to mention my eyeshadow wore on alllllllll day long. even after some eye rubbing it was still there. i was impressed. and finally i think the linking duo idea is so cute, like creating mini palattes. i really hope jane comes out with more shades of these.
