This shadow goes on a cream and finishes powder light. I really like it. I bought it in Ocean Groove and I love to kind of pile it on to the crease and then slide on some eyeliner and it really makes my eyes pop. Makes a very funky, fun look. I like it. However, I only gave it a four because it does crease slightly and it barely lasts a whole day without looking like you slept in it (when you really didn't). But I would recommend because it is so fun!
