This lipstick has a tab on the side that you slide down, and a little "door" on the top of the tube slides back while the lipstick twists up. No need for caps (pretty nifty). The color Pink Slip is a blue based pastel, shimmery, super creamy pink that is slightly glossy and goes perfectly with my pale, pink based skin. It only costs $2.39, and it is definitely a good lipstick, and it has practically no flavor or fragrance, and the texture is sheer-light, and moist.
