I bought this product because everytime there is a new lipstick or lip gloss around, I just have to try it. I tried a shade called "Forget Me Not" which looked a little dark in the pot, but turned a pretty beige/mauve when applied. It lasted quite a while on my lips, but it did start to feel a little bit gunky after a few hours - hence the 4 rating. Not bad for a $3 lip gloss. I really like it and would buy it again.
