This product claims to make your lips appear fuller. What your supposed to do is apply this sticky substance to your lips and leave on for 7 minutes and after the first 2 minutes you must pat your lips with your fingertips and also rub in a circular motion. After that you are supposed to remove it and then apply your makeup. It's very time consuming and I haven't noticed any difference at all. At the very least, it makes your lips a little softer. I wouldnt recommend it at $25.
