This product is supposed to plump up your lips. You rub on the syrup-like substance and then continue rubbing it in for 7 minutes. Of course your lips will slightly swell when you rub them continously for that long! Save yourself from paying $25 for a honey and corn syrup (they are the main ingredients) mix that promises to be some miracle product!
