I purchased this product with the intention of using it on days i don't blowdry my hair. Ocean Waves really does create a beachy look. It smells great, like coconut and gives your hair a really nice texture. It also gives it light hold to keep waves in shape. I gave it a 4 because it could make you kind of greasy if you use too much. I also prefer using it on dry or slighty damp hair.
