Although I've not people who are addicted to this product, I think it really sucks. It does make your hair really soft, however it doesn't weigh your hair down enough (if you have thick curly hair that you want to straighten and smooth). Instead, it leaves your hair very poofy. Furthermore, the large amount of silicone is really bad for your hair, it creates a ton of build-up, makes your hair greasy, and overtime, makes your hair less shiny.
