Basically, Secret Weapon is a lightweight styling cream with conditioning properties. I know, the phrase 'styling cream' conjures up scary images of goopy gels that leave your hair crunchy, but Secret Weapon isn't like that at all. It's very lightweight, (which is a major plus for fine-haired girls like myself), blends easily into dry hair, and is effective in keeping those pesky fly-aways at bay. It makes my hair feel rather soft, too. (Side Note: I've heard this is a doppleganger for Kiehl's Silk Groom, but having never tried Kiehl's, I can't make the comparison.)
