I bought this stuff cuz I blow dry my hair almost everyday and its very dry from constant heat styling. I use the John Frieda shampoo/conditioner so I thought I'd try this stuff.I put it in my hair enough to cover the whole head and then I combed it through and left it for a few minutes. It did make my hair softer and easier to deal with,Im sure the more I use it the better it will make my hair. I gave it a 4 only because I wasnt crazy about the smell but other than that I will probably keepy using this product.
