anything marketed towards babies works great for adults as well and this is no exception. this makes for a very soothing bath and works as a gentle body wash with a bath pouf as well. i fell in love with the calming scent. very relaxing!!! and was thrilled with how sweet and clean i came out smelling. my skin felt softer too after using. definitlyl a cheap must have for the shower!
