I had this sitting in the back of my closent forever and finally decided to use it since it was an easy step to use after the shower, sourta like a leave in conditioner. It is supposed to add strength to hair and make it stronger but since using this I really have noticed no difference in my hair at all. It is just an unnecessary step and the only reason I continue to use it is b/c I want to use it up. Definitly not worth the price. The only upside is if used on wet/damp hair and then left to air dry it does a good job at creating textue in hair.
