I can never rave enough about this eyeliner! I would never have thought that a cheapie eyeliner would be so great, but I'm glad I gave into the raves for this one :) It's a soft kohl, and never tugs my eyes, but once set, this doesn't budge all day! Lasts forever, too, as it's highly pigmented. If you have a Walgreen's near you, I highly recommend checking these out! I have Blackout (black) and Morning Coffee (deep brown), but there are 3 more colors (pearl, green, and blue).
