Luna Lavender is a gorgeous shimmery medium purple-blue toned lavender. It is definitely one of my prettiest eyeliner colors. I like to use this on my lower lashline when I’m wearing purple eyeshadow. It looks wonderful and really brightens up my eyes! This also looks nice on the upper lashline, for a lighter, less dramatic look. It truly lasts all day without any smudges. And, this only costs about $2.50!!!!
