I love this stuff. I use it on my hair when its wet and then blow dry. What a difference! No frizz, more shine. I have naturally way (which I dry straight) thick hair. If you have oily or thin/fine hair, you may want to try the Lite groom. All of Kiehl's products are wonderful. I think its about getting the right one for you hair/skin type
