I don't know what a perfect 5/5 for a toner would be...it obivously depends on the skintype. Kiehl's tea tree oil toner is best for oily but sensitive skin. It's alcohol free and it's a partial astringent; it doesnt strip all the oil off the face and make your face feel like starch, but it does more than just a regular toner. It has that smell of tea tree oil which I take off a point, plus the price is a bit much for the toner's quality. On the label it's recommended for

oily combination skin that's prone to acne breakouts.
