Klorane Blue Coneflower eye makeup remover is by far the best thing to hit since the inception of waterproof mascara. This remover is gentle, with no stinging or tearing, and thouroughly removes any mascara I've ever worm. I've compared ingredient listings, and it's virtually identical to some of my former high end favorites, but much less expensive. I think it's gentler, yet more effective than most brands out today. I purchase mine at Ulta 3, for $8.
