The La Mer Cleansing Gel comes in a 200ml bottle . it's a lovely green liquid which semlls divine and cleanses thoroughly yet very gentle. Some pals have compared it to origins Mint Wash - I think they are indeed similar, but the Origins caused me reddish reaction due to the essential oils (or something like that). La Mer is more watery and can be foamed up more easily, although I wouldn't describe it as a foam cleanser. it washes all the dirt and debris away and leaves skin very soft. The only thing I didn't like i the price - it is a high quality product, but still too expensive. However, if you want to indulge and treat your skin to something special - and given its effectiveness - go for it. The most expensive cream is money waisted on an semi-cleansed skin.
