This is just a very good scrub. it has an interesting gel texture - with little scrubbing beans and then large scrubbing beans which melt away with the exfoliation massaging skin with the little exfoliating beands. it's not too rough and not too gentle . it is quite pricey - 22 $!!! and the scent, as papayalicious it may bee, is quite strong -,though not as strong as other lancome products. so if your sensitive to that or it just bothers you, you might wanna try something else. but other then that, this is another example of how lancome are slowly picking up the slack, and making products that are more up-to-date and less irritating to skin.
