This is the most amazing color of eyeliner! It is in the new Spring 2002 collection from Oz, and is the color of irredescent teal. When worn above a black eyeliner with no eyeshadow and a light lipstick, this brings amazing focus to the eye! Be sure to wear lots of black mascara. This was seen all over the MA in Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman-Marcus in Atlanta. I love it! It really looks good with my green eyes and I saw it look just as great on blue and brown eyes. This is a definate keeper!
