Since I don't tried many eyeliners I find it difficult to 'judge' this one but here is what I think. I've got this as a GWP in the color noir. This color doesn't look harsh on me, and give a nice look. It's also easy to use and doesn't crumble, after a couple of hours it fades on my eyelids. I don't know the price but you can probably buy a similar pencil cheaper.
