This is one of those proucts that is foundation or finishing powder. I got it in the color Porcelaine D'Ivoire. Now, I am quite pale, pale enough to be called transluscent. D'Ivoire was too dark and peachy for my skin. The scent is a light rose, Lancome's signature scent. The powder is soft and provides a nice finish but I looked too ashy with it on my skin. I didn't get the right color match even though the counter is right under a huge (probably a 18 feet across), circular skylight. But who can tell what colors will look like on a normal Washington day (rain with a chance of rain). I compared it to my MAC Pressed Powder and the color difference was amazing. My skin was alot lighter than the color I had bought. I would recommend this to my friends, if they can get a good color match. But for me, it just didn't work out.
