I bought this hoping it would help with my dry, cracked lips. It's really nothing spectacular at all -- and for 29 bucks it should be out of this world. It doesn't exfoliate or even stay on for long. I would definitely never buy this again (and I only did in the first place to get a GWP!). The Kiss Me Lip Balm from Philosophy is okay, but I hate how sticky it is and I prefer a stick balm. The best one I've found is the DHC Lip Conditioner, which costs $11, comes in a stick form, and works very well under and over lipstick.
