Lancôme Bi-Facil Double Action Eye Makeup Remover
Great cleanser
Pros: Removes ALL heavy duty makeup, causes no irritation/ clogged pores (some actually do)

Cons: Leaves a bad oily film even over my eyes that does not seem to wash off. Expensive too.
