This is a eye makeup remover meant to remove waterproof makeup. It really works very well, I have to apply a thick layer of concealer around my eyes due to a birthmark, and in 1 swipe it remove the makeup totally. Works on my waterproof mascara too. It does feel a wee bit oily, but this oilness can be washed away when using a facial cleanser. Does not sting or irritate the eyes. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 coz I could not use this on the face as it gave my face breakouts.
