I tried this while at the Lancome counter yesterday. I really like this mascara, regardless of the $19.00 price tag. I already have rather long and dark lashes, so this mascara defined them nicely with hardly any clumps. (I did experience clumps on my bottom lashes, but they were so tiny, you could hardly tell.) Since I didn't use the brush that came with the mascara, my results could have been a worse then with the packaged brush. When it came time for removal, Definicils came right off, no pulling or tugging for me. I gave this a 4 because I felt at this price, they should at least give you a little more. I also felt that this mascara would be good for ladies with either already long lashes, because it does little for thickening. I didn't use much because I like a natural look, but even if I did, I don't need extra thicking anyway. In conjunction with an eyelash curler, this product would make your lashes look fabulous, if you could stop crying after you paid nearly $20.00 for it!
