As a bonafide mascara freak and self-proclaimed addict, I never thought I'd find a mascara that actually lived up to both its standards and my expectations. But this one comes real close by separating, defining and lengthening each lash without clumping, flaking or smearing later on in the day. It stays put very well, even through a greuling workout at the gym. A point deducted for the ALMOST black color—I happen to like my black mascaras VERY black. Overall, a great mascara that I plan to purchase again. Chanel's mascaras are a great dark black color but just don't cover the rest of the bases nearly as well. Lancome has certainly proven itself the leader in designing the best mascaras!
