the makeup artist at the lancome counter suggested this powder to tone down some of the pink in my face. it is a light reflecting compact powder that goes on smoothly with a very subtle hint of shimmer. it does a good job of evening out my skin tone and has not broken me out (i'm prone...). my only caution is to be careful wearing it in the daylight, so as to avoid reflecting *too* much light. a few sweeps in the evening looks glam!
