On a recent trip to Nordstrom, I picked up this wonderful eyeshadow. It doesn't fade even though it does crease slightly (it doesn't really matter as I don't spend a lot of time looking down). I got the colors Sherazade and Topaz. Sherazade is a moss green with a gold sheen. It really works well with my light eye color. Topaz is a taupe that, when mixed with Sherazade, really makes the eyelid smolder. I wish I had gotten all the colors she used on my eyes but, sadly, I did not have that big a budget. They will not crease if you use the eye colors wet, though. But then the color is really dark but makes my eyes glitter. Both the colors are shimmers (fits perfectly with the whole teenager stereotype, doesn't it?) but are not extremely glitterly. She did give me an interesting tip during the entire makeover. She said that if I didn't want to use mascara every day, I could wet the flat eyeliner brush and use the black eye color on the tips of my eyelashes. I thought it was an interesting idea but I'm not positive that it would work (but an idea for the future, none the less). I was amazed that she used black to line my eyes since my coloring is fair (think NC15 pressed powder from MAC) but it looked very mysterious anyway.
