I can't say enough bad things about this product. This is an acne prone person's worst nightmare. I'm no derm, but I know comedogenic ingredients when I see them, and this foundation has a plethora of them. Even their powder has isopropyl myristate! So why did I try it? Because I'm very fair, there are few options out there for me, and it came highly acclaimed.
I have to say this-Make-up artists know nothing about skin care, at least Laura Mercier and Bobbi Brown. This foundation put me through the most extensive cosmetic induced breakout I have ever experienced. The texture was cakey, matte, and lackluster. Definately a pore-settler. The only thing going for it was the color selection.
I'm so thankful to have a forum like this to save someone else from going through the same misery. Do yourself a favor and avoid Laura Mercier at all costs. She's only for the Julia Roberts of the world.
