This is my first Lorac lipstick, and it's a nice product. In the tube, the shade is plum brown with subtle shimmer. On my pigmented pink lips, it really does show up plum brown. The plum is a little more pronounced than the brown. Of course, it looks even plummier if I wear a plum lip liner with it. However, it looks brown on a friend of mine whose lips aren't well pigmented like mine. The texture is creamy, and it glides smoothly over my lips. It has good staying power as well. The lipstick has a vanilla scent, but it smells more like a plastic vanilla to me. It's tolerable, but I'm not crazy about it. While I think this is a nice product, I am not in love with it. It's a pretty everyday shade, but there are other lipsticks that I prefer to Ashley.
