This is my favorite shampoo. It smells awesome & works well. My hair never gets dry from repeatedly using this over & over. It lathers up nicely & rinses out easily. I have long hair too & I find that I can comb through my wet hair with no problem. On a personal note, I only use the blue cap (for dry hair), & the orange cap one (I think this one is for more body). I really don't like the yellow & green. I can't tell you about the red cap one though because it's for color treated hair & I don't have color treated hair.
