L’oreal Eye Highlighter Line and Shadow Pencil in Pebble Flair was a surprise. This liner/shadow with a sponge tip applicator on the other end of the pencil, is simply the best. I really liked the color, texture, and quality of this product. Pebble Flair is a neutral bronze-brown color with gold shimmers. This color worked really well with my yellow and light to medium East Asian complexion. It enhanced my single lids giving my eyes a pop out and awaken look. The texture is high quality and when I lined my lower and upper lash lines, it did not pull or tug on my skin at all. The application is very powdery and smooth. A big plus was the flexibility it allowed, when I wanted a more intense shimmer, this pencil allowed me to layer more color for a frosty look. If I wanted a subdue look, I used the sponge to blend the intense color out for a light smoky shimmery look. I had no problem with the blending since it is very powdery. Finally, this liner/shadow lasted all day. I recommend this liner/shadow to anyone who wanted a versatile product.
