I love how this makes my eyes look! It is a liquid eyeliner with a brush kinda like nailpolish only much thinner and smaller. I like this brush better than the felt ones, but it can be a little tricky to get super thin lines. It took a few tries, but I eventually got it thin enough, and the results were great! The liner is jet black, smudgeproof, and dries quickly, but not too fast that you can't fix mistakes.
