Of all drug store cosmetic company eyeliners I think this is the best. It is available in most any color you can imagine. I use black to line under my eyes, the only problem is that is does smear, but you can solve this problem by applying liquid eyeliner first. It is very soft and blendable, so some colors also work really well as lipliner.
