My hair was completely unprocessed before using this product. I selected the shade closest to my natural color ( I have a few gray hairs to cover up) and followed the enclosed instructions EXACTLY. Result : NO coverage of greys, NO color adhering to my hair at all ( the ends of my hair are still a bit lighter than my roots - my hair is shoulder length) I am so disappointed. Do not waste your money !
