This stuff is horrid!!! Don't use it.
After trying Cinnamon, I was left with magenta hair and then tried to call the Loreal Hotline listed in the products instruction book. It was a bogus number!!!
So I attempted to correct it by trying the black which turned my hair a bluish gothic color. I tried to contact them on their web site and still have never heard back from them. My hair looks like shit I will never use their products again.
