This product has an SPF of 12 and does make lips feel very soft and not sticky or goopy. I gave it a 4 because there aren't very great natural color choices, so I chose "hampton rose", a soft pink. I'm not sure if I'll keep the color or exchange it. It's a nice product and feels good on the lips.
